Returns:

• You may return any unused and undamaged item within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at welegance.hk@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was received.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges:
